The service

Pipedrive Sidebar for Gmail is a read-only Google Workspace add-on. It shows Pipedrive details for the email you have open. It is not made by, or affiliated with, Pipedrive or Google. You need your own Pipedrive account, and the add-on can only show what your Pipedrive user is allowed to see.

Your account

You connect one Pipedrive company to one Google account. Only connect a Pipedrive company you are allowed to use. Each lookup uses part of your Pipedrive company's daily API limit.

Billing

Each new user gets a 14-day free trial. After that the price is shown on the pricing page, billed monthly per user through Stripe. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Refunds follow the rule on the pricing page.

Your data

How we handle data is in the privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the add-on fast and available, but it is provided as is, without warranties. Pipedrive or Google can change or limit their APIs, which can stop the add-on from working. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

If these terms change, we update the date above. Material changes are shown in the add-on before they apply.
